Villa Magnolia, in Coastarainera, locality of Piani, is only 100 meters away from the sea, and also 100 meters from the bike paths’ entrance.

Villa Magnolia was the private home for the Barla family, now the property is owned by the son Elvio, and this year he has decided to turn it into Classy Vacation Apartments.

The building dates back to the second half of the last century. First, the first floor was renovated and about three years later the second floor. The villa obtained the present layout through an extensive renovation done fifteen years ago.

Last year he did another smaller renovation by adding air conditioning and methane gas heating to the building.

The villa has two apartments, the Sun Apartment which is on the second floor, and the Sky Apartment on the first floor. Both apartments have a spacious kitchen, two bedrooms, each are furnished with a double bed, the living room has a comfortable double pull out sofa bed.

So both apartments can easily host up to six people, or the villa can be rented out by one big family or a group of friends, hosting up to 12 people.

The Sun apartment has a long terrace facing south it’s as long as the whole length of the house.

The Sky apartment has a more classic touch with its’ furnishings and finishes, it also has a larger terrace facing south. In the bathroom besides the shower there is a Jacuzzi tub for two.

Both apartments face the properties’ garden which has a large Jacuzzi capacity up to six people.

Services offered are: Laundry/ironing room, blackout curtains in the rooms, Wi-Fi gratis, well furnished kitchen with flatware, and cookware, microwave and kettle, 50 inch flat screen, Sat TV with all the European channels, barbecue, sunbeds, sun umbrellas, and one parking space for each apartment.

Services in the area: delicatessen, pharmacy, tobacco shop, public transportation stops, games for kids, public parking 150 meters away, private beach establishments about a km. away, free beaches 500 meters away, tourist port from one to three km. away, scuba diving three km. away, sail boat lessons for adults and children three km. away, and the marvelous bike path tunnel is under the villa.
